Born in Hanoi, Vietnam, Hang Nguyen embarked on her musical journey at the age of five under the guidance of her father, a respected musician and lecturer at the Vietnam National Institute of Music. Demonstrating prodigious talent and dedication, she completed 15 years of rigorous training at the institute, graduating with a Diploma of Honour. In 1999, at just 21 years old, she made history as Vietnam’s youngest appointed professor of classical guitar.
Her exceptional artistry and academic excellence earned her a prestigious scholarship from the Spanish Government in 2001, enabling her to pursue a Master’s degree in Spain. She studied at the renowned Conservatorio Superior de Música del Liceu in Barcelona (1837) under reputationalmaestros. Hang Nguyen has since built a distinguished international career, performing extensively across Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America. Herartistry has graced iconic stages such as El Palau de la Música Catalana (Barcelona), the Cairo Opera House, and Beethoven’s House (Germany), among others. Her performances span acclaimed solo recitals and collaborations with leading symphony orchestras. Since 2003, she has performed globally as part of the acclaimed guitar duo Eurasia, alongside renowned Spanish guitarist Josep Henriquez. Beyond the concert stage, she is a dedicated educator and a sought-after masterclass instructor, having taught across Europe, Singapore, and Shanghai. In 2011, Hang Nguyen returned to Vietnam and settled in Danang, where she founded the MunArt Academy in Danang, dedicated to cultivating excellence in music education. As Founder and Artistic Director, she continues to shape Vietnam’s musical future by mentoring and inspiring the next generation of artists. With her visionary leadership, cross-cultural expertise, and lifelong commitment to artistic excellence, Hang Nguyen brought unparalleled experience and prestige to her role as Artistic Creative Director of the YEFF Danang, YEFF Hongkong (2024), Adjudicator & Workshop leader in ASIATEF Bangkok 2024, and the next will be THE YAFF DANANG 2025!

David Cadlum Saraza is a music professional with expertise in composition, conducting, music direction, and education. He is the first Filipino awarded a Fellowship from the London College of Music, earning the prestigious FLCM diploma. He also holds an Associate Diploma in Music Teaching (ALCM TD), specialising in Musical Theatre, and studied Conducting and Piano at the University of Santo Tomas Conservatory of Music, where he was a member of Coro Tomasino. As a former guest member of the world-renowned Ateneo de Manila University College Glee Club, he performed in international choir competitions, concerts, and festivals across Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. Currently, he is pursuing a professional doctorate in Music Education.
David has made significant contributions to music education as a representative for the London College of Music Examinations in the Philippines and Jakarta, Indonesia. He is a member of Broadcast Music Incorporated (BMI), a performing rights organisation in the United States. As a composer and music director, he has worked with various organisations, schools, and events, including the animated film Road to 7th Avenue (a finalist in the Asian Animation Superpitch 2005) and the song Next Christmas, dedicated to overseas workers and healthcare professionals affected by the pandemic. The song was featured by the Philippine Embassy in Jakarta and received over 10,000 views within two days across various platforms. He has also performed at major events such as the UNEP World Environment Day and the Doha Tribeca Film Festival.
As a musical theatre director, David has successfully directed and choreographed productions such as A Day of Broadway, The Sound of Music, and The Wizard of Oz at various international schools in Jakarta. He has also organised and directed several music competitions in the city.
In August 2023, David was appointed by the University of West London as the head organiser and overall director for the London College of Music Graduation Ceremony for LCME diploma graduates from across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Oceania. Held at the Bali International Convention Centre, the event was a resounding success, attended by over 300 individuals, including University Vice Chancellor Peter John, heads of LCM Exams, and representatives from various public exam centres.
David has trained students who have become finalists and champions in various local and international music competitions and have excelled in the London College of Music Examinations. His achievements were featured in Entrepreneur Magazine by Summit Media Corporation in a two-page article titled "Strike the Right Notes," highlighting his success as a young musician and entrepreneur.
Throughout his career, David has held numerous leadership positions, including department head roles at MIT International School, Jakarta International Multicultural School, and others. He is the founder of London Music School Jakarta and the Big Ben International Academy for Music Philippines.
Currently, David also serves as the Head of the Music Department, senior education consultant, trainer, and teaching quality control specialist at the International Academy for Intercultural Development (IAID Qatar), which is the largest and most prestigious performing arts academy in Qatar.
